Londolozi is set in the South-western part of the Kruger National Park, the largest game reserve in South Africa with an area of about 19,000 km². Londolozi – a Zulu word meaning „the protector of all living things“ – offers the experience of African wildlife in its original setting and is one of the most authentic wildlife sanctuaries on the continent. Amongst others, all of the so-called Big Five game animals – the Lion, the African Elephant, the African Buffalo, the Black Rhino and the Leopard - can be observed in the area.

Geographic Information

South Africa is semi-arid, with most of the country an interior plateau which stretches far north to the Sahara. The Great Escarpment sweeps the southern and eastern region of the country. 300 km west of Durban is the kingdom of Lesotho, a separate country entirely within the political boundaries of South Africa.
