Dubrovnik Harbour and Old Town

Dubrovnik is a world heritage city with an impressive historical background. Today it is a tranquil touristic and cultural center hosting many musical, art and theater events throughout the year. Croatia’s finest landmark attracts international visitors every year. The earthTV camera is located in the old historical city centre, on top of the Hotel Excelsior and gives a perfect view of Dubrovnik’s old harbour and old town. Among the sights of Dubrovnik are the city wall, Rolands column and St Blaise's church. February 3 is the feast of Saint Blaise, the city's patron saint. The city celebrates with Mass, parades and festivities that last for several days.
