To get away from the bad (German) autumn weather, you could have a look at some earthTV video clips from various beaches around the world.

The first beach we can offer is Cebu, “Queen of the South” of the Philippines. The landscape there looks quite Caribbean, though the country is only a hundred kilometres southeast of mainland Asia.

The capital of New Caledonia, Nouméa is another beach that’s overlooked by one of our cameras. The archipel of New Caledonia is located in the Pacific Ocean and is French territory. Noumea itself is located on the main island Grand Terre.

The tropical Hamilton Island is territory of Australia. There are always some divers who start their trip to the Great Barrier Reef here.

The sand beaches of Antibes are manmade. Inside the French city the largest yacht marina on the Côte d’Azur is located.

The famous Venice Beach of L.A. is another beach camera location. Here you can watch surfers, inlineskaters, joggers and of course the newest bikini fashion.
